1911 Wuchang Uprising Ignites Chinese Revolution

On October 16, 1911, revolutionaries in Wuchang, China, launched an uprising against the Qing Dynasty, sparking a nationwide revolution. This event marked the beginning of the Xinhai Revolution, which ultimately led to the collapse of China's last imperial dynasty and the establishment of the Republic of China.
